Join our Retail team at Point Cook Town Centre, where every day you'll help keep one of Victoria's most loved community hubs running smoothly. This is a full‐time, onsite role at the centre and a key position that ensures our operations stay efficient, compliant and financially accurate.
An Administration Manager who thrives in a busy property environment and enjoys being at the heart of centre operations. Someone who brings strong administrative and financial coordination skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
* Support the day‐to‐day running of the centre through accurate administration, financial processing, stakeholder coordination and compliance activities.
* Manage monthly billing, invoice processing, debt collection follow‐ups and reconciliation of tenant ledgers.
* Be the main point of contact for accounts payable, debtor control, suppliers, and tenants.
* Assist with contractor coordination, incident reporting, records management and accurate file keeping.
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive centre team and help maintain a positive experience for retailers, customers and partners.
* Ensure administrative and financial processes are accurate, timely and aligned with Stockland guidelines to keep the centre running effectively.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Administration experience, ideally in property, retail or commercial property (shopping centre experience highly regarded).
* Background in or an understanding of finance admin, accounts support or data processing.
* Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using modern systems.
* Understanding of finance processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, debt escalation or cash flow tracking.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and accuracy.
* Confidence communicating with tenants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
