About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to manage debt recovery operations in Melbourne or Sydney office.
* Preparation of correspondence regarding debt recovery and collection
* Drafting ad hoc letters, emails, and other written communications
* Reviewing matters and providing recommendations for resolution
* Telephone attendances with debtors and service providers to resolve issues
* Dealing with enquiries from debtors and clients in a professional manner
About You
We seek candidates with:
* Similar experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
* High organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
* Experience with debt recovery and collection processes
* High volume phone experience and excellent communication skills
