The role
You will oversee a small team that works closely with senior leaders, ensuring that processes run smoothly and that key information is accurate, timely, and well managed. This is a full time position and can be based at any WA campus within the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Leading an administration team that supports multiple school sites
* Providing senior level administrative support to regional and campus leadership
* Managing state-wide policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance records
* Coordinating travel, meetings, conferences, award events, and student activities
* Maintaining enrolment data and supporting the effective use of student management systems
* Ensuring Work Health and Safety requirements are met and contractor processes are followed
* Preparing and submitting reports for state and federal obligations including attendance and assessment requirements
* Supporting onboarding, training, record keeping, and staff compliance
* Acting as the central point of communication for internal teams and external education bodies
* Overseeing reconciliation of state accounts and credit card expenditure
* Managing responses for assessment and regulatory bodies as required
What we are looking for
* Background in school administration or education operations is highly regarded
* Experience with compliance, auditing, and Work Health and Safety
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team
* Ability to build and foster relationships with business stakeholders
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and database systems
* Experience with Sentral would be an advantage
* Clear communication skills and a practical, organised approach to workload management
* Ability to coordinate events, travel logistics, and volunteer involvement
* A steady, solutions focused mindset and a genuine interest in improving systems and processes
