Our client – a respected Melbourne-based law firm specialising in commercial law – is seeking a proactive and reliable Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis to cover annual leave.

Working as part of the Disputes team, you will join two other Legal Assistants in supporting a group of three lawyers, as well as law clerks and graduates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team and contribute during a crucial period.
Role Details
* Dates: 25 August – 30 September
* Schedule: Flexible – choose either 4 or 5 days per week
* Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm
About You
* At least 2 years' experience in a legal administration or secretarial role (highly regarded)
* Familiarity with Elite 3E for billing and iManage for matter management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
* Ideal for law students, professionals in between roles, or candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV)
