As an Allied Health Administration Officer, you will support the Allied Health Team, centres and families to deliver services to Goodstart Early Learning centres in selected areas. This includes programs that enhance school readiness for children in kindergarten, and targeted service delivery supports through the Early Childhood Approach and NDIS.

Your Impact
Report to the Allied Health Practice Coordinator and working within a passionate team to deliver services to Centres.
Monitor and maintain systems so Allied Health Practitioners can track their hours of delivery, planning and travel.
Maintain database of hours to reconcile KPI's set and ensure that delivery of hours match the plan agreed with the Centre.
Complete financial reporting tasks for services/ venue and resources.
Assist with administration relating to the School Readiness Fund (SRF) and NDIS.
Provide event support including centre registration, communications, calendar invitations, resource ordering and setting up Zoom links.
Upskill new Allied Health team members in Events Air App, Calendly and Zoom.
You'll help achieve this by
Relevant Administration qualifications and / or 3+ years working with Allied Health Practitioners.
Possess the ability to work independently across a National Team in fast paced role.
Have a high level of communication skills and customer service experience.
Experienced with Excel/ Word/Forms/Outlook/Teams/Zoom and Practice management software.
Experience with the NDIS would be highly regarded.
