We are seeking an individual to fill a key role in our property marketing funding business, CampaignAgent. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the payments and debt recovery process, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar collections or support role, managing queues and communicating effectively with customers.
* Demonstrated task focus, people skills, and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Proven organisational and time management abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A willingness to adapt to change, work collaboratively as part of a team, and actively seek feedback to learn and develop.
