Lead Document Controller
to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Perth In this role, you will effectively lead a team of document controllers providing effective document and data control services that ensure that all project information is integrated, accessible, timely, collated and filed complying within our project, functional and client requirements.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
Effectively deliver the document control function and services to meet the relevant stakeholders expectations
Maintain a centralised EDMS in which all project controlled (Client, Design, Supplier, Construction and Completions) documentation and correspondence is managed, stored, tracked and accessible in line with both company and client procedures
Establish expediting framework that tracks the review & approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification & records
Providing various process or system-based training for various project roles, including supplier onboarding, new starters and system orientation
Manage and improve work performance of direct reports including development plans and skill / capability development in line with company's competency framework
Manage and coordinate effort of team reports to achieve satisfactory outcomes (project performance)
What you will bring to the team:
Minimum 10 years document control experience working on major projects working within same or similar industry
Great communication skills, able to engage with various stakeholders, with a solution based mindset, providing advocacy for document control and focussed on delivery
Proven experience with working with major EDMS systems, has core understanding on data collection requirements and data quality
Previous experience in managing small to medium teams of document controllers
Previous experience in process mapping, work instruction development
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities
