We are seeking a highly skilled Claims and Vendor Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and driving recoveries.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of collections for each client, ensuring prompt and effective recoveries. You will establish and maintain excellent working rapport with vendors, develop business relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in credit control or collections with a strong understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) workflows;
* Able to work effectively with large data sets to develop meaningful outcomes;
