* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
* Managing email correspondence
* Accurate data entry and transaction processing
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Report generation and invoicing
* Day-to-day accounts receivable duties
* Providing professional and friendly customer service
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the administration team.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Maintaining excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Utilising admin or accounts experience to excel in the role
* Developing a confident, personable and professional phone manner
* Multitasking and managing competing priorities
* Working autonomously and proactively as part of a team
