We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director, Health Insurance, in a 12-month maternity leave cover. This pivotal role provides executive-level support in a complex, fast-paced environment and is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Office of the MD and the Health Insurance Leadership Team (HILT).
**About the Role**
You will also contribute to broader initiatives across the Health Insurance business, lead and collaborate within the EA network, and help embed a positive and high-performing team culture. Your ability to operate with discretion, adaptability, and strong commercial acumen will be critical to success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level, proactive support to the MD, including diary, inbox, and correspondence management
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Draft, review, and proofread reports, presentations, and key communications
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including the global leadership team
- Support the preparation and facilitation of regular leadership meetings, including logistics, agenda setting, and minute taking
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense management
- Lead collaboration within the Executive Assistant network and provide guidance to team assistants
- Support delivery of special projects and business initiatives as required
- Work closely with Chief of Staff to support the HI Managing Director on key programs and priorities

Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Coupa or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with budget oversight and expense management
