Permanent Personal Assistant Opportunity
Location: South Melbourne | Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a highly‑organised and discreet professional with a talent for supporting senior executives and managing complex schedules? We are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to support the Partner of a national accounting firm.
This newly created role is based fully onsite in South Melbourne supporting a Partner during a growth period.
Your responsibilities:
* Providing high‑level administrative support to senior leaders
* Managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence
* Preparing reports, presentations and confidential documents
* High‑level stakeholder management including onboarding of new clients
* Assistance with ledgers and invoicing
About you:
* Proven experience in EA or PA roles (minimum 3 years preferred)
* Experience working in the accounting industry
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly the Microsoft Office suite
* Professional presentation and a high level of discretion
