**The Role**
We are looking for a talented Administration officer to support our Complex Care Program and Clinics (specialising in Chronic Disease) that supports the most vulnerable people in our community. This role is integral in supporting the client's experience with Complex Care, operates from a person - centred care framework and aligns with the social model of health.
Being part of the Complex Care Program, you will be responsible for ensuring Monash Health works collaboratively with the South East Public Health Unit, Refugee and Aboriginal Health and support the Better at Home initiative.

**What You Need**
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Australian working rights
- Valid Driver's licence
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Police Check
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in Administration or Office Management
- Certificate in Medical Administration
- Previous Community Administration experience
- Knowledge of HMS/Harrison, SMR, IPM and EMR
