In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our document management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration. Your key contributions will include:
* Organising and maintaining document registers to keep track of statuses, versions, and locations
* Playing a vital role in the rollout and implementation of Teambinder
* Conducting thorough quality checks on document formatting, revision history, and approval workflows
* Refining and reviewing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company standards
* Structuring electronic folders with logical naming conventions for effortless access and navigation
* Guiding teams and stakeholders on Document Management Systems and best practices
* Managing the coordination and submission of documentation, drawings, and engineering deliverables
Be part of the solution
* Experience as a Document Controller or in a similar discipline
* A keen eye for detail and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Experience with implementing or working with TeamBinder desirable
* High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
