Willoworks is a growing residential and commercial construction company currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team. Based in our office in Moorabbin you will take responsibility for managing the day to day office administration duties as required.
**Responsibilities include**:
- General duties, including answering phone calls, client queries, site updates and directing queries to appropriate staff members
- Co-ordination and organization of utilities for sites
- Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, councils, authorities etc.
- Update various Microsoft excel and MS word documents
- Data Entry
- Raising client quotes, contracts and invoices
- Ordering materials, fixtures, fittings etc.
- Processing payments to contractors & suppliers
- Provide administration support to Managing Director, Project Manager and Site Supervisor.
- Other administrative duties as required
- Organizing couriers and deliveries
- Ensuring office amenities are fully stocked
**The successful **applicant **will **possess**:
- Knowledge and experience using Xero Accounting and Microsoft Office software
- Extensive experience in an administrative role or similar role
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong computer system and data entry skills with a minimum of 40 wpm
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised & excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Professional manner with a can-do attitude and friendly personality
- Experience in website and social media posts (preferred)
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident in building relationships with clients, suppliers, trades
- Able to accept responsibility and perform tasks as directed
- A team player to fit in with a small but professional team
**Systems**:
- MS Office (Excel; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint)
- Xero
- Buildxact (preferred)
- Wordpress (not essential)
**Salary negotiable based on experience**
- $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per annum
