About the Role
The Administration Officer provides professional and efficient administrative support across the College, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of College processes.
Working collaboratively with College Leadership, teaching staff, and administrative teams, the role delivers high-quality support in line with College policies and procedures.
The position plays a key role in supporting College operations through the coordination of communications, maintenance of records, management of administrative tasks, and facilitation of key processes, while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.
As a valued member of the College community, the Administration Officer upholds the College's values, contributes to a safe and respectful environment, and supports the engagement and wellbeing of students, staff, and visitors.
