**1. High-level administrative and organisational skills**
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences and events, prepare agendas and documentation, and maintain accurate and timely records to support the effective operation of the Principal Class team.

- Proven capacity to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, students, parents, community members, and external providers, with the ability to draft clear correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
**3. Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism**
- Demonstrated experience in managing sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity, sound judgement and discretion in a school or organisational setting.
- Ability to prepare and distribute School Council documentation, oversee agreements and licences (e.g., canteen, uniform, facilities), monitor policy compliance, and ensure legislative and procedural obligations are met in a timely manner.
**5. Capacity to support human resource and staff administration processes**
- Experience supporting staff induction and exit processes, preparing accurate employment documentation, maintaining up-to-date records, and coordinating the distribution and return of school equipment in collaboration with leadership.

- Demonstrated ability to support school communication and marketing initiatives, including parent and student forums, surveys, publicity materials, and management of digital presence in line with school identity and promotion.

- Objectives will, generally, be clearly defined; guidelines will be broad and day-to-day direction mínimal. Management responsibility extends to ensuring appropriate support levels are maintained across the school. Range 4 generally provides key support and timely advice to the leadership team and school council and liaises with the general school community, the Department and other government agencies and service providers.
