Job Title
The Ward Clerk plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the wards of Prince of Wales Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative tasks such as data entry, record management and correspondence.
* Responding to enquiries from patients, visitors and staff, determining the appropriate response.
* Using computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment with flexible rostering requirements.
Requirements:
* Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
* Previous experience responding to a variety of enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
