**Job Description**:
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our Properties. You will be the right-hand person to the Managing Director, providing high-level administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of their office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the decision-making process.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
