Role Description
Lain is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to executives and the administrative team in Melbourne, VIC. This role involves managing calendars, organising meetings, preparing expense reports, and offering executive-level administrative assistance. The Executive Assistant will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Skilled in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong expertise in Executive Support, including scheduling, organising, and task management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
