An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and IT-savvy Personal Assistant to join an established law firm specialising in Commercial and Financial Services law.
This is a newly created role supporting 7 friendly and hardworking lawyers. Due to their busy portfolios, they are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to keep their practices running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include (but not necessarily be limited to):
- manage and coordinate diaries and appointments
- coordinate travel arrangements
- use online platforms and systems
- filing
- prepare letters and documents
- edit, proofread, format and update documents
- record minutes
- maintain databases
- attend to incoming calls
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
Our client is ideally seeking an

In addition you will have:
- 5+years experience as a Personal Assistant (legal and non-legal experience will both be considered)
- **_excellent IT skills_**:
- advanced MS Word/typing skills
- strong communication skills and a friendly team attitude
- great attention to detail
- lots of initiative
- excellent time management & ability to multi-task
