Customer Service Role
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing empathetic support in high-pressure situations. Guide customers through account-related issues and hardship assistance processes.
* Review and assess hardship applications received from various channels, including budget advisors.
* Complete administrative tasks such as processing online applications, managing Inbox communications, and authorizing application approvals as necessary.
* Determine the most effective tools to assist customers in recovering their accounts and discuss the benefits with them.
