**OFFICE ADMIN**
We are looking for a proactive person, willing to go the extra mile in the pursuit of highest achievement, in an Office Administration role, within our Engineering business.
Initially, the main tasks will be Reception duties, involving Customer Service, Sales team support and marketing.
Additional duties:
- Produce clear and accurate quotations
- Actively participate in the utilisation of Sales tool for the purpose of cooperation and collaboration of business opportunities
- Work closely with all departments to develop and improve customer performance
- Carry out contract review to ensure accurate processing of orders
- Order entry and admin support
Desirable qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral and be thoroughly conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other publishing platforms;
- Have the passion to make a difference to our business and proactively provide solutions to unexpected situations;
- Self-motivated and yet a Team player;
- Well versed in Pronto or a comparative ERP system

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
