The Role
The Legal Secretary role sits within the insurance team and involves providing a high level of secretarial support to a busy Partner and their team across a mix of public liability files. This dynamic and fast-paced team are a close knit and social group. The role is available due to growth within the team.
Duties
* Drafting letters and documents
* Preparation of Court documents
* Liaising with clients
* Diary management
* Organising travel arrangements
* Opening and closing files
* Various administrative tasks
To be considered
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced team and providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise, will be key to your success in this role.
