Debt Recovery Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Lawyer to lead complex matters and manage end-to-end files, including deadline-driven file management, drafting statements of claim and court documents.
As a key member of our Disputes & Investigations team, you will be responsible for legal research within a supportive environment. Your duties will include ad-hoc court appearances, drafting and preparing court documents, as well as managing files efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant legal qualifications with admission to practice law in Victoria
* 3 years' PQE in disputes, investigations or litigation
* Strong time management, attention to detail and MS Office skills
* Excellent drafting, research and communication abilities
* A proactive, team-based approach and ability to meet deadlines
