About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Marketing and Recruitment function, facilitating seamless coordination of committees, governance bodies, or regulatory functions as required. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the efficient management of marketing function activities, resource planning, standards implementation, logistics coordination, and the delivery of on‐job training. The position involves liaising with executives, managers, and senior stakeholders to drive organisational objectives while ensuring excellence in service delivery and alignment with university values.
Responsibilities

* Actively seek feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and take proactive action to enhance performance and effectiveness.
* Foster growth and development within teams by offering coaching, support, and advice, promoting collaboration across different areas.

Qualifications
* A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Extensive experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment, effectively handling face‐to‐face, phone, and written communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
