**Personal Assistant to Head of Change and Organisational Design**

**About the role and team**
We have a permanent full-time prospect with our Change and Organisational Design team within the People and Culture division for a Personal Assistant (internally titled Team Coordinator). A dynamic and varied role where you'll support the Head of Change and Organisational Design with administrative responsibilities like calendar management, travel arrangements, lodging invoices and corporate card reconciliation, and inbox management. You'll also be responsible for attending meetings and taking notes, supporting staff member on-boarding and off-boarding, and updating documents on SharePoint, as well as putting together agendas or PowerPoint decks as required.
No two days will be the same as you seamlessly juggle multiple competing priorities, constantly adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information. There's plenty of opportunity to make this role your own showcasing your outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and adding value with your own ideas and input. All your administrative experience and creative spark can be combined within a collaborative, open-minded environment.

This role is based in Melbourne, we offer flexible work options that put our people first with a hybrid model of two days per week in the office.
**About you**
To be successful in the role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant, Team Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent in a medium to large complex environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, and Visio)
- Proven ability to make decisions, manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels
- Maturity, resilience, and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
