Our HEAD OFFICE is currently seeking a part-timeOffice Administrator to join our Head Office reception team in Victoria, BC.

The wage range is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour and wages may be scaled with relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide an excellent first impression to all visitors, customers, and colleagues
* Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-lined phone system
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
* Complete administrative data entry, centering on time sensitive invoices
* Support various departments with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk or administrative role (1-2 years preferred)
* Professional appearance, and phone etiquette
* A calm, helpful and professional demeanour
* Able to work well independently and collaboratively
* Capacity to multi-task and prioritize work
* Good written and verbal communication
* Basic math skills
* Completion of High school
Desirable:
* Prior office experience
* Previous experience using a multi-line telephone system
* Familiar with the industry and/or products
