YOUR ROLE
As a KEY senior member of the winning national COMPANY SECRETARIAT team of this multi-award winning 1st-class global LAW firm, you will enjoy the autonomy+ full-spectrum diversity providing company secretarial/corporate governance/compliance services to internal+ blue-chip external clients including:
* Professional management of directors' and shareholders' meetings
* preparation of board reports, preparation and management of board minutes and management of all regulatory lodgements.
* managing relationships with partners, lawyers, clients+ external service providers/regulatory bodies (ASIC/ASX, share registries).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are degree qualified in law/commerce/accounting (or similar) and/or formal qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia;
* Have 5-10+ years' experience in a similar company secretary/corporate governance/compliance role with a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES firm (eg law firm, accounting/financial services firm);
* Have strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, company operational/reporting requirements +CAS (Corporate Affairs System) software;
* Have outstanding communication/rapport building+ stakeholder management skills;
* Possess high accuracy and can self-organise yourself to meet tight deadlines;
* Are proactive and can initiate new ideas to add positive value to the team/firm;
