We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic Executive Assistantto join our EA Team in Melbourne and support our friendly Transaction Advisory Group (TAG).
This is a newly created, full-time role and a unique opportunity to join the team inits early stages, helping to build its culture and ways of working.

Your Responsibilities:
* Help our Managing Directors with seamless calendar and travel management.
* Handle time and expense reports, draft and polish correspondence, and schedule appointments like a pro
* Organise meetings of all kinds, either in person or virtual, and complete with meals, gifts, and anything else as needed.
* Be a go-to connection for Employees, Senior Execs, and External Stakeholders.
* Welcome new hires with a smooth onboarding experience.
* Collaborate with the likes of IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to help keep everything running like clockwork.
* Plan and pull off social events and special projects that bring the team together and keep the energy high
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience as an effective and organised EA/PA, with at least a couple of years working in a corporate environment.
* A knack for building strong relationships and becoming the go-to, trusted teammate everyone loves working with.
* Strong computer skills, including with the MS Suite (particularly Outlook). Experience working with Salesforce and Concur would also be a bonus.
* A self-starter attitude with a team-player spirit, always ready to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
* A positive vibe, a great sense of humour, and a passion for creating a supportive team culture.
