Step123 is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the construction industry, and we're on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and bubbly Administration Officer to join our team in Thomastown.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, loves working with people, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our students and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
* Speaking with potential students, providing accurate course information, and answering enquiries.
* Assisting with trainer and class schedules.
* Filing and maintaining student records and documents.
* Scheduling and confirming student appointments.
* Communicating with students about enrolments, required documents, and course updates.
* Supporting the delivery of courses and liaising with trainers.
* Managing and creating content for social media platforms (preferred).
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is professional, proactive, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. To be successful, you'll need:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in customer service and office administration.
* Experience in sales or student enrolments (preferred, but not essential).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.
* A positive, outgoing attitude – we're a fun, bubbly team who support each other.
* Experience with social media marketing (preferred).
