**About The Role**
Monash Health is excited to announce we are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Personal Assistant who acts as first point of contact for Casey Site Administration who can provide a range of administrative and organisational support to Casey Hospital Site Administration. This position provides personal assistant support to site based Directors of Clinical Operations. The role interacts with a wide range of stakeholders to support site related activities.
**About You**
- Reception, and Customer Services skills and experience
- Intermediate - Advanced knowledge / skill of Microsoft Office Applications
- Advanced interpersonal skills and communication skills - oral and written
- Work Practices that reflect safe practice according to documented policies and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to complete task within timeframes and meet deadlines
