We are helping one of our clients look for a newly created Front of House + Office Admin role. We are looking for the "Glue." You know the type: the person who walks into a room and instinctively knows what's missing, who's busy, and how to make the day run smoother for everyone.
Working within a fast-paced, high-growth team environment, you will be the heartbeat of the office. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about managing the space so our consultants and teams can focus on delivery.
You are the face of the brand for our clients and the backbone of the daily operation for the team.
What You'll Be Doing
* The Experience: Managing the front-of-house flow—welcoming high-profile clients, prepping meeting rooms, and ensuring the office is "client-ready" at all times.
* The Engine Room: Managing suppliers, office tech, kitchen logistics, and the 101 tiny tasks that keep a business moving.
* The Detail: Providing sharp administrative support to the leadership team, including travel bookings and internal event coordination.
* The Culture: Being the energy in the room. You're the first person people see, and you set the tone for the professional yet vibrant culture we've built.

* Corporate fluent: You understand that "fast-paced" means shifting priorities. You don't get flustered; you get organised.
* Detail Obsessed: You're the person with the plan, the checklist, and a Plan B. You notice the small things before they become big things.
* High EQ: You can read a room. You know when a guest needs a coffee and when the team needs a hand.
* Commercially Minded: You treat the office budget like your own, finding the best suppliers and keeping things lean and efficient.
