This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to maintain revenue integrity and compliance.What You'll Do:Assist in the preparation and validation of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Reconcile billing data with service records to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.Monitor recurring revenue streams to ensure alignment with contracts and agreements.Maintain and update revenue and billing data in financial systems with precision.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on revenue performance, billing accuracy, and client accounts.Support data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service delivery, and finance, to ensure seamless revenue workflows.Track and manage contract changes, ensuring updates are accurately reflected in billing systems.Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in managing collections processes.Ensure adherence to company policies, client contracts, and regulatory requirements in all revenue-related processes.Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation of billing and revenue assurance activities.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions.What You'll Bring:Proficiency in financial and billing systems, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with revenue assurance processes or IT services billing is an advantage.Why You'll Love Working Here:Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
