Chisholm is seeking an experienced Quality Document Management System (QMS) Administration Officer to join the Governance, Audit, Risk & Resilience team.

About The Role
As the QMS Administration Officer, you will be responsible for leading and undertaking the organisation and maintenance of the Institute's Quality Document Management System (QMS) as part of the overall Institute academic and corporate governance framework.
The role will focus on contributing to the design, development, implementation, operations and maintenance of the QMS to ensure that the Institute meets legislative and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will be a key and active member of the Governance Audit, Risk & Resilience team and provides leadership, support and advice in advocating a culture of, governance and assurance and continuous improvement programs in supporting the Institute's reputation for educational excellence.
About You
Qualifications and skills required for the role
Skills
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management or Project Management or extensive document management system experience or extensive project management experience in a similar role as well as the following skills and experience:
Experience in supporting quality document management systems to ensure compliance.
Experience in the implementation of quality document management systems.
Ability to work in a small team and to tight deadlines.
Sound communication skills and the ability to assist with the facilitation of workshops.
An understanding of the TAFE, Non Senior Secondary and Higher Education teaching and training environments and an appreciation of the factors that influence the sector.
Understanding of national and international quality standards as they relate to an education and training environment.
