We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service / Administration Officers to join our casual pool. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality customer service and reliable administrative support across a range of teams, helping us provide responsive, professional and community‐focused services to the Banyule community.
Be a Part Of The Casual Pool, Supporting Customer Service
* Responding to customer enquiries and service requests
* Providing friendly, professional support via phone, email and face‐to‐face
Administrative Support
* Preparing documents, maintaining records, and completing accurate data entry
* Assisting teams with day‐to‐day administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
As a Customer Service / Administration Officer in the Casual Pool, you'll be adaptable, organised and confident working across a variety of tasks and teams. You'll be comfortable learning new systems quickly, maintaining accurate records, and providing responsive, high‐quality support. You will also have:
* Experience in customer service and/or administration
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence using digital systems and accurate data entry skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Pre‐employment Screenings
Local government experience is desirable but not essential.
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check

* Hourly rate of $47.03, including casual loading, plus super
