Practice Lead and Executive Assistant, to Country Head, Advisory About Us

The Role

This role provides high‐impact executive support to the Country Head, Advisory while enabling the effective functioning of the Office of the Country Head acting as the Practice Leader for the whole of Advisory business. Operating with discretion, judgement, and organisational insight, the Executive Assistant to the Country Head ensures the Country Head's time, priorities, communications, and stakeholder engagements are optimised for maximum effectiveness.

Beyond traditional executive support for a country leader, this role manages executive workflows, coordinates leadership activity, and drives follow‐through on key priorities across the Advisory practice.

How you will contribute Executive Support & Leadership Effectiveness
* Manage the Country Head's schedule to align with strategic priorities, clients, and senior stakeholders.
* Anticipate needs, proactively resolve conflicts and optimise time allocation.
* Prepare briefings, context notes, and talking points for meetings and client engagements.
* Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and communications.
* Coordinate travel, events, and leadership engagements seamlessly.
Practice Leadership for Country Head Coordination
* Act as the central coordination point for initiatives led by the Country Head.
* Track actions and follow‐ups from leadership meetings and ensure timely completion.
* Maintain visibility of key priorities and deadlines across the Advisory leadership team.
* Ensure efficient information flow between leadership, partners, and corporate functions.
Executive Assistant Team Leadership
* Lead a team of executive assistants that enhances value to the business by leveraging team capabilities.
* Provide ongoing career coaching, guidance and support to the EA team.
* Utilise deep experience in people management and team leadership to ensure retention, engagement and career advancement of EA team members, acting as a career counsellor.
* Manage operating model of EA team as Advisory business grows.
Leadership & Partner Interface
* Serve as a trusted liaison between the Country Head and partners, service line leaders, clients, and corporate teams.
* Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and materials.
* Facilitate communication to support alignment and decision‐making.
Governance & Executive Reporting
* Coordinate leadership and governance meeting logistics and materials.
* Assist in preparation and formatting of executive reports and performance updates.
* Track actions arising from leadership and governance forums.
Strategic & Operational Support
* Support planning cycles, leadership offsites, and strategic workshops.
* Assist with special projects and cross‐practice initiatives.
* Coordinate internal communications related to practice priorities and leadership updates including quarterly all‐hands and monthly MD meetings.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Support high‐profile client interactions and leadership engagements.
* Ensure seamless coordination for strategic client meetings and events.
* Support relationship management through thoughtful follow‐up and coordination.
Qualifications Experience
* 15+ years supporting senior executives or practice leaders, ideally within professional services, private equity, consulting, financial services, or corporate environments.
* Experience working with senior leadership teams and complex stakeholder environments.
* Exposure to partnership or matrix organisations preferred.
