* Preparing and circulating agendas in consultation with the Coordinator and Chair to ensure timely decision-making
* Recording, maintaining, and distributing minutes of all meetings to facilitate transparency and accountability
* Maintaining a register of members and organizers general meetings to ensure accurate record-keeping
* Receiving nominations for Board positions and safeguarding all organizational documents and securities
