Are you highly organised with a knack for managing multiple priorities? We're seeking an Administration Officer / EA to provide exceptional support to a senior leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and prepare routine data entry, records management, billing, and reporting across various matters.
* Process, escalate, and resolve enquiries promptly.
* Coordinate documents including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries, reconciliations, and administration matters.
* Review and ensure compliance with business support and administration policies.
* Maintain records management databases, map business processes, and recommend improvements.
* Administer contract management and billing requirements.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support general administration tasks for the Metering SLT, including:
* Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
* Minuting meetings and following up on actions.
* Updating registers and developing newsletters.
* Preparing town hall packs and reviewing documents/emails.
About You
* Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office and related systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied activities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
* Experience in billing and payment processes.
* Desirable: Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
