Executive Assistant to Chief Merchandise Officer and Chief Product Officer
Myer is searching for an exceptional C-Suite Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic, administrative, and confidential support to our Chief Merchandise Officer (CMO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO).

About the role
Provide end-to-end administrative support to the CMO and CPO, including diary and inbox management, briefing materials, meetings, travel and confidential correspondence.
Occasional after-hours work may be required.
Use strong commercial awareness and judgement to anticipate needs, identify risks, and proactively manage shifting priorities.
Lead and coordinate a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring high-quality, consistent support across the leadership groups.
Represent the office with professionalism and credibility, cultivating trusted relationships at all levels.
Streamline processes, improve administrative workflows, and enable effective time and resource management, including reports, budgets and operational initiatives.
Draft and coordinate executive-level communications and support the planning and delivery of important business events.
Support transformation initiatives by managing sensitive information and maintaining operational momentum.
During peak periods or critical business activities, step in to support other members of the Executive Management Team to ensure continuity and high-quality delivery.
About you
5+ years supporting C-Suite executives, with the ability to stay two steps ahead and juggle competing priorities.
Experienced Executive Assistant thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ideally, experience supporting leaders in Merchandise or a similar commercial environment.
Commercially savvy, curious, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
Highly skilled in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Experience in large, complex, or publicly listed organisations is a bonus; retail experience is an advantage.
