About Our Client:

Preparation and planning of office meetings both with management and the broader team.
Ordering office equipment and supplies.
Providing support to the service manager with scheduling and client-related projects.
Setting up new system records for sales enquiries
Provide administration support to field staff when required.
Comprehensive administrative support.
Attending regular ad-hoc activities as and when required.
Other administrative duties as requested
The Successful Applicant:
This client is seeking someone who is passionate about all things administration support and may be wanting their next step up into a Personal Assistant opportunity!
Experienced across administration support or a scheduling/coordination role
Enjoys working in a role that offers variety and a busy pace
Excellent communication skills
Experienced across MS Office Suites and other systems - enjoys learning new systems and processes Seeking a role where you can be part of the team and want to grow with the business
