We are a start‐up and are a registered charity with ACNC.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with our constitution, policies & governance
* Work with CEO to deliver the agenda & minutes in a timely manner to the board
Qualifications
* 2+ years' of experience in understanding rules, policies & governance
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Experience in leadership and team management
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community
* Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
* Prior experience in community-building or non-profit organizations is a plus
