A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic legal secretary to join their busy and friendly team.
This role supports a Partner and Associate and as such you'll feel confident in handling a large volume of files as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate
- word processing of basic correspondence and documents
- arranging and making diary appointments
- arranging opening and closing of files
- assisting with the preparation of Court documents
- general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail etc.
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
In addition you will have:
- approximately 2+ years experience as a legal secretary in Litigation
- intermediate MS Word/typing skills
- great attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- a friendly team attitude and a pro-active approach
