About the Role

In this role, you'll provide dedicated support to our senior leaders, ensuring their day runs smoothly through effective diary management, coordination, and communication.

You will also proactively manage the Cato St Welcome Area, ensuring a premium experience for all visitors and stakeholders. Acting as a personal assistant to the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer + Chief Product Officer and their teams, you'll coordinate daytime and evening engagements while maintaining the space to reflect NHP's brand, values, and community impact.

Key responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations and presentation of the Cato St Welcome Area while identifying and actioning continuous improvement opportunities
* Manage visitor flow, greet key guests, and lead customer and stakeholder engagements across daytime and evening events
* Provide executive support to CMDO/CPO (diary & travel management, meeting prep, confidential tasks)
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners for event and space requirements

About you

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Events Coordinator, Front‐Of‐House or similar support role
* Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
* High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
* Experience coordinating meetings, events, or supplier relationships
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‐focused
* Professional, approachable, and confident in a fast‐paced environment
