Bookkeeper / Office Administrator – Perth – 3 days/week
Join our Perth office and support three dynamic building-industry businesses: Belluxe Australia, Vision Architects, and Constructher. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be central to keeping operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
· years in bookkeeping/admin within a professional environment
· Skilled in Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with inventory management systems
· Strong time management, accuracy, communication, and attention to detail
· Reliable, proactive, motivated, and team-oriented
Nice to Have:
· Experience across multiple companies
· Familiarity with ATO portal and Unleashed software
· Building industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll
· Bank & supplier reconciliations, loans, intercompany transactions
· Month-end close, reporting, BAS, PAYG, super lodgement
· Job costing, purchase orders, client billing, payment follow-up
· Inventory management, general office admin, email monitoring
· Work closely with the director and team
