About the Position

Step into a rewarding leadership role. Ramsay Clinic Adelaide is seeking an Administration Manager to lead our front office and psychiatrist consulting suite operations.
This pivotal position is at the centre of our hospitals administrative functions – ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑quality support for our patients, clinicians, and staff.
The Role
* Lead and support a dedicated team of administrative staff
* Oversee key hospital reception and administrative processes
* Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
* Work closely with hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations
This is a dynamic hands‑on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape how our administrative teams work together to deliver exceptional care and service.
About You

* Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in health management or related discipline, or a proven record of success in managing a complex range of services in a health environment
* Knowledge of health fund contracting system
* Experience with IBA / Meditech or similar patient administration software
