* Lead a small administration team.
* Organise daily workflows for clients and management.
* Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Process invoices and track payments efficiently.
* Improve office procedures and systems.
* Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in office administration or coordination.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software XERO and Microsoft Office applications.
* Effective communication skills.
