Key duties may include but not limited to:
- Welcome, greet and direct visitors
- Manage coffee runs and catering
- Receive and sort mail
- Update meeting room calendars
- General office management
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Bubbly personality and good sense of humour.
- Initiative; you need to be one step ahead
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and communications skills - both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills
