About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Criminal Justice Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our services, you will provide personalised support to individuals on their recovery journey, guiding them from initial contact through to long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Delivery: Work closely with service users to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support plans, ensuring they feel empowered and confident in their recovery journey.
* Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and create recovery plans that address individual needs, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all.
* Group Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions and workshops, fostering peer support and personal development opportunities for service users.
* Partnership Working: Collaborate with external agencies, including courts, police, probation, and other professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
* Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of service users, implementing robust safeguarding measures to prevent harm and promote a culture of respect and trust.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience working in substance misuse and criminal justice settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including service users, colleagues, and external partners.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A deep understanding of the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful service environment.
Salary Range
£27,861.26 - £32,002.35 per annum (pro rata for part-time roles), dependent on experience and qualifications.
Location
This role is based in Luton, with the opportunity to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks at once.
