We deliver a range of projects, from subdivisions, streetscapes, carparks, footpaths, roads, roundabouts and the like, sporting ovals, outdoor courts as well as dams and wetlands.

About the Role:

Reporting to senior management, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From supporting project managers to coordinating invoices, job data, tenders and internal communications, this role offers plenty of variety and autonomy — with the support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* General office and administrative tasks
* Electronic AP invoice processing
* Monthly claims and invoice tracking
* Supporting employees with digital field tools
* Supporting project managers with project and administrative tasks
* Assisting with tenders, RFT submissions, job setups, and budgeting documents
* Maintaining internal records, registers, and KPI data
* Coordinating fuel orders and providing ongoing admin support to senior management

What We Are Looking For:

* Solid administration experience (construction or similar industry desirable)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Must have strong Excel experience to handle BOQs, budget calculations and software imports
* Good working knowledge of cloud-based systems (Workbench, Office365, Hubdoc or similar programs) highly desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator who can support field and office staff alike
* A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role
