 
        
        Operations Coordinator and Personal Assistant 
Our client is a well-established industry body representing a wide network of businesses in the caravan and camping sector. They are seeking a energetic Operations Coordinator and Personal Assistant to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the organisation. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and external partners. 
Oversee office coordination and day-to-day administrative operations. 
Manage office logistics, including supplies, maintenance, and ensuring a well-organised, functional workspace. 
Act as a key liaison for operational matters, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless office functions. 
Partner with team leaders, executive managers, and department heads to understand departmental goals and contribute to staff training and development initiatives. 
ABOUT YOU 
Minimum of 3-4 years in an administrative role, preferably with experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or in a similar capacity supporting teams and executives. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with bookkeeping or office management software. 
Ability to multitask, prioritise work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic office environment.
